We are excited to introduce our new 8- Week Throwing Program! This is a progressive program so it is important to attend each class to achieve maximum benefit. The program will address muscular imbalances and mechanical flaws that are the leading cause of arm injury and discomfort. It will also focus on the pre-practice/game warm up routines that contribute to good arm health.
Participation in this program will ensure your player is healthy and ready to throw off a mound on Day 1 of practice!
